Availability
Bristols 6 Inc products displayed at the Site are available in select stores while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available some stores. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Please send your order through our secure online shopping cart found on this site. Unfortunatly, at the present time we do not accept phone orders. If you feel more comfortable speaking with someone, please call one of our retailers found on 'the stores' list on the nippies homepage. They would be happy to help you with any questions and help you pick out a great pair of nippies!

Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted and confirmed. If your credit card is denied, you will receive an error message immediately and you will have the option to enter a new card number if this happens.

Security policy
Shopping on Bristols6.com is safe because we use highly advanced technology to ensure that your information remains secure. We protect your online order and personal information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All the data that travels between your computer and our servers is SSL encrypted, and then stored on a computer that is not even hooked up to the Web. To make sure you are accessing a secure server, look at the lower left or right hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. Some versions of browsers and firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you will be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection.

Cancellation & changes

Your order is important to us and we make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Therefore, If there is an error or mistake with your order, cancellations and changes may be made if the order has not yet been released for shipment they same day the order was placed. Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by speaking with our customer assistance representatives at 310.450.2202 M-F 9 to 5 PST, or by emailing us at b6service@bristols6.com.

Out of stock
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will alert you in your Shipping Notification email. Charges for out-of-stock items will be credited back on to your credit card.

We offer FREE shipping when you purchase 2 or more packs!

Purchase

We ship USPS First Class or UPS depending on volume. Two day service is also available. For 2 day service, your order must be received no later than 12:00 Noon PST. Our goal is to ship purchases of all in-stock items within 48 - 72 hours of receiving your order.

International shipping
All shipments to overseas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas, will be sent Global Priority Mail with signature confirmation.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your experience! Not all skins are the same. If you use your patch test and are unhappy with the product for any reason, return the two pairs of unused, undamaged nippies in the package with your receipt and we will issue a full refund. Please email us for a return authorization number and address before sending any products to us at b6service@bristols6.com
